• Bulgaria: 3–5 business days
• European Union: 7–10 business days
• Countries outside the EU: 10–15 business days

We maintain a small stock to prioritize careful production and minimize material waste. Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to prepare your items. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

At STUDIO TASH, each piece is handcrafted with care, resulting in unique, one-of-a-kind items. We hope you love what you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The piece did not meet your expectations

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with complete original packaging. Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that small variations in color or finish are natural and not considered defects.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. 

Once your item is confirmed as eligible for return or exchange, we will provide a return label with detailed shipping instructions. You can then send the item back via one of the courier services from our approved list.
